Airport Transportation
The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately 3.5 miles from the Phoenix Convention Center. It takes approximately 15 minutes under normal traffic conditions from the airport to the downtown hotels for the conference.
Peak Hours: Expect heavier traffic and potential delays during weekday rush hours:

- Morning: 6-9 a.m. (Peak: 7:30 a.m-8:30 a.m.).
- Evening: 3-6:30 p.m. (Peak: 4-5 p.m.)

- Check Real-Time Data: Use apps like Google Maps or Waze shortly before leaving to account for sudden accidents or construction.
- Avoid the Terminal Loop: If being picked up, use the 24th Street or 44th Street SkyTrain Stations to avoid airport roadway congestion.
