Official Vendors

Put your trust in these companies who are here to help you have the best EFA experience possible. We have been notified of hotel reservation companies, directory companies, and list rental companies positioning themselves as EFA partners. Below are EFA official vendors:

  • Our official hotel vendor for EFA is EventSphere.
  • Our official show directory is produced by us. Your listing will be pulled from your EFA Connect profile.
  • Directory ads are placed through the EFA sales team (Emily Clay, Scott Goist, and Cindi Richardson).
  • Lead retrieval units are available through our registration partner, Experient.
  • Attendee email lists can only be rented from us or our email partner, Reach Marketing.

Unauthorized Housing Companies Contacting Exhibitors & Attendees
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than EventSphere, EFA’s Official Housing Provider, that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of EFA. We have been made aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. EFA has NO affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services.

Customer Invitation Program

As a valued exhibitor at the 2021 EFA Expo & Conference, you have access to our customer invitation program. This program is provided by our official partner, Feathr, and is free for you to use as an EFA exhibitor at this year’s show. If you did not receive an invitation to access your dashboard by July 20, 2021, you may request it here:

We will reward you: the top two exhibitors to generate the most attendee registrations will win one complimentary full-page advertisement in EFA magazine‘s winter issue—that’s a $4,545 value! Select from the provided marketing tools in your Feathr dashboard to send guests a code for 10% off a full conference pass.

  • Link to your landing page from social media posts or web ads
  • Send out an email to your database with our custom template – click the arrow to the right of the Send Invites button for an option to export and send through your own system
  • Place banners on your website, on social, or in email signatures to spread the word that you’ll be exhibiting
Direct Mail Program: Invite your customers and prospects to visit your booth! Promote your brand/products by inviting buyers to schedule meetings, visit your booth, order show specials, and buy! There is an option available to mail to pre-registered attendees as well. Printing, postage and mailing included. Learn more at

Email List Rental Program: The EFA attendee list is available to current exhibitors only. Send your HTML file to our list through our email partner, Reach Marketing. Ask your account executive for more details.


Printed Directory Listing

The information in your EFA Exhibitor Console will be pulled for use in the printed show directory. You must complete your profile, including selecting your product categories and entering your company’s description. This information is viewable online by attendees so completing your profile earlier will give you more exposure by turning up in attendees’ searches. The deadline for having your profile updated for inclusion in the directory is June 18, 2021.


Exhibitor Badges

All exhibitors must register for EFA badges. Exhibiting companies will receive one (1) exhibitor conference badge per 100 sq ft for booth staff use. Additional Exhibitor Conference or Exhibitor Expo-Only badges are available for purchase. Exhibitor badges are to be used by company personnel only. Register here >>
