He takes immense pride in delivering innovative solutions and building strong client relationships, leading to numerous successful multifamily, office, senior living, retail, and institutional projects. Kerem holds a Bachelor and Master of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
