She holds a BA in Interior Design from Marylhurst University, is NCIDQ certified, and a Registered Interior Designer in Tennessee. A talented public speaker, Lisa is recognized as a thought leader, known for her award-winning projects and advocacy for better practices. In 2020, she was named an EFA Design Champion for her work in tunable lighting in memory care. Lisa serves on the boards of SAGE, LeadingAge Oregon, EFA magazine's advisory board, and is one of the Co-Founders of the Intergenerational Task Force.
