Join us on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 5–7 p.m. for the official kick-off to the EFA Conference + Expo, offering drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and valuable networking opportunities in the Exhibit Hall. Connect with colleagues, meet new peers, and get an early look at leading companies’ latest products and services as you set the stage for a productive and inspiring EFA experience.

Held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 2:45 p.m. Attendees enter by picking up an entry card at registration, collecting stamps from the listed companies on the show floor, and returning the completed card to the EFA magazine booth before 2:45 p.m. that day. Limit one entry per attendee. Winner must be present at the drawing to claim the prize. Open to attendee registration types only. Exhibitors, non-exhibiting manufacturers, and reps are not eligible.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in style with an evening of exceptional food, drinks, and connections — a perfect blend of business and good cheer — on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Meals are included throughout the conference to keep you energized and connected. Highlights include the Welcome Reception in the Expo Hall on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and lunch in the Expo Hall on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from noon to 1:30 p.m., followed by the offsite Networking Party from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Enjoy a networking breakfast on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m., then join colleagues at the EFA Magazine Awards Luncheon the same day from noon to 1:30 p.m. These shared meals are a great way to network, celebrate achievements, and make the most of your conference and expo experience.
