Exhibitor Resources
- Exhibitor Services Manual (now available!) — The ESM is your go-to for resources. Use Freeman Online (now live!) to begin placing orders for electricity, AV, carpet, etc. Note: Freeman is the show services provider.
- Exhibitor Dashboard — Access the Dashboard to complete your Online Exhibitor Listing, which attendees browse on environmentsforaging.com and the show app. For instructions, click here.
- Printed Directory Listing — The information in your Exhibitor Dashboard will be pulled for use in the printed show directory. You must complete your profile, including selecting product categories and entering your company’s description. Deadline for updating your profile to be included in the directory: Feb. 12, 2025.
- Exhibitor Badge Registration — Located in the Exhibitor Console. Please note: A unique email address is required for each badge request.
- Advertising and Sponsorships — Maximize your presence using one or more of our multiple branding opportunities.
- Custom Promotional Tools — Promote to everyone that you will be at the EFA Conference + Expo, using personalized graphics!
- Download the EFA Connect app (once ready!).
- Book your hotel — Secure your hotel accommodations for you and your team.

- We produce our official show directory. Your listing will be pulled from your EFA Exhibitor Dashboard.

- Attendee email lists can only be rented from us or our email partner, Reach Marketing.

Unauthorized Housing Companies Contacting Exhibitors & Attendees
Please be vigilant if any company or service other than EventSphere, EFA’s Official Housing Provider, implies or claims to be an official housing provider of EFA. We are aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you or your company to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. EFA Conference + Expo has NO affiliation with these organizations and does not endorse their services.
