When/where is the 2026 Environments for Aging Conference + Expo?

The 2026 Environments for Aging Conference + Expo will be held March 16–18, 2026, at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix.

How do I register to attend and what is the cost?

How can I get Continuing Education credits?

The Environments for Aging Conference plans its educational content to comply with accreditation requirements accepted by most major credentialing organizations. Because requirements vary, attendees should confirm acceptance with their credentialing agencies.

To receive Continuing Education Credits, the following criteria must be met:

  • Conference registration fees must be paid in full.
  • Attendees must attend sessions in full.
  • Attendee badges must be scanned at the start of each session.

All CE provider forms must be completed and legible to receive certificates. There are no exceptions to this policy.

How do I get the EFA app?

We will announce when the EFA mobile app (and web version) for 2026 is available. Please check back as the show dates approach.

Do I need to sign up for each conference session I want to attend?

You are not required to choose sessions in advance unless a cost is listed. All $0 sessions are open until rooms reach capacity. Paid sessions must be added during checkout.

My spouse/partner would like to attend the conference with me, is this allowed?

Spouses/partners of Full Conference pass holders only may attend with a Guest pass. Guest passes include access to keynotes, networking events, and the exhibit hall. Guests may not attend education sessions, workshops, tours, or pre-conference offerings.

I can no longer attend EFA. What do I do?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Promo codes are not valid for prior purchases.

Are there any special hotel discounts related to the event?

The dress code is business casual. Rooms may be cold, so bringing a sweater is recommended.

Our previous lead retrieval system will no longer be available; all leads must be captured through the official EFA Connect app. Without this tool, you’ll need to record lead information manually, which will cost you valuable networking time.
