Social Gerontologist Sharon Rose, M.S., creates and implements programs for intergenerational communities and companies and the 50+ marketplace. A key component of her work is creating and innovating cross-generational activities and programs for healthy aging. These elements include education, inspiration, productivity and social engagement to improve the individual's quality of life. Nationally, she serves on the boards of Business Authority, Ageless Traveler (AT) and Life Planning Network (LPN). Another role with LPN, is Chair, Communications. Internationally, she is fully engaged with the British Society of Gerontology, Special Interest Group, Ageing Business and Society, and Silver Marketing Association.

Sharing successful models through various expertise perspectives demonstrates the importance of supportive environments that encourage engagement, experiential learning, and intergenerational activities.
