E02 – A Case Study: Community Repositioning to Enhance Customer Experience, Well-Being, and Engagement

Educational SessionOwner/Operator Topics & Perspectives

Join EverTrue and its design team for a case study examining the repositioning of an existing senior living community to better support resident engagement, cognitive wellness, and long-term market relevance. Through a phased approach, the project reimagined dining venues, social spaces, outdoor environments, and resident programming to better align with evolving resident expectations and operational objectives. Panelists will discuss the business drivers behind the initiative, key design and operational decisions, implementation challenges, and lessons learned throughout the process. Special focus will be placed on strategies supporting cognitive wellness, multi-sensory engagement, aging in place, and technology integration. Attendees will gain practical insight into how owner/operator goals and design strategies can work together to create meaningful resident outcomes, strengthen community identity, and improve long-term performance. The session will conclude with actionable takeaways that participants can apply to repositioning and renovation efforts within their own communities.
